Doug was born in Fort Worth Texas. Doug's
family moved to Hico Texas in 1974. Dough graduated from Hico High School in May of
1982. Doug did farm and ranch work until March of 1983 when he went to work for
Burns International Security Services at Comanche Peak Stem Electric Station. Doug
Attended Tarleton State University Police Academy in 1997. Doug began his police
career with the Hamilton County Sheriffs Department in September 1997. Doug worked
for Hamilton County until 1999 when he joined the Stephenville Police Department.
Law enforcement has been a life long dream for Doug. Doug enjoys working for the
City of Stephenville and it's citizens.
Doug is married to Lisa Rainwater of Hico and
they have two sons Will and Mike.
Doug enjoys spending his time off with his
family. Doug's hobbies include hunting, fishing, and working on the farm.
