Central Elementary is having all day classes this year and
we expect a greater number of parents picking up their children. Some
parents will pickup children on W. McNeil and other parents will pickup
children on S. Paddock. The flow of traffic
around Central Elementary is being changed, to
deal with the increase in traffic congestion.
Parents need to approach the campus
from the east, on McNeil or College. We
have designated segments of the streets as One
Way streets to help with an orderly flow of
traffic. The one way will only be effective during the times that
students are dropped off and picked up. These
times are 7:30 to 8:30 in the morning and 2:30 to 3:30
in the afternoon.
McNeil
will be One Way
west of Orr to Baxter.
S. Paddock
will be One Way
North from McNeil to Washington.
Parents dropping off or picking up
their children on McNeil, should stay to the
right on McNeil after passing Paddock.
After picking up children, parents depart West on McNeil or turn on Baxter.
Parents dropping off or picking up
their children on Paddock should stay to the
left after turning on Paddock. After
picking up children the parents depart on Washington.
You may wait in the no parking areas
as long as you stay with your car. Drivers violating traffic laws or
parking restrictions will receive a ticket. There will be no warnings
other than this letter. Please comply with all traffic and parking
laws.

and to keep your children safe.
Please keep this in mind when driving around the
schools. Drive with courtesy and
respect for drivers and pedestrains.
